Pets at Dry Creek Ranch and Rabbitry

This is Spooner, a now-retired rope horse who has just gone to a new home. A little girl loves him and takes him for the occasional trail ride on another ranch in the Cariboo. Spooner is a "been there, done that" kind of a horse. He was used for team roping (both ends, too!), calf roping, and many gymkhana events. Although he is only pony size (maybe 13 hands), he has a heart as big as your truck! He really mellowed in his old age and decided that some fussing by young children is a good thing. He also didn't mind some attention from Diesel the cat!
